This is a letter of compliance for unit A2 at 80 Barrett Street,in Northampton MA 01060. At the request of the
occupant and in the course of answering questions they had,I conducted a comprehensive inspection of the
premises,and at this time no violations of the State Sanitary Code (Minimum Standards of Human Habitation)
were found. Specifically,no indications were found of chronic dampness or deferred maintenance; every
indication was that the unit was in good repair and not subject to recent or current moisture issues,in the form
of leaks or humidity.
