Health Minimum
Health Department conducted an for Human Habitation,
inspection on_March 2.2015_.2013 of a dwelling located a[ Hathawa01 t 1
1037 Street Bartett Northampton,
MA. A copy of the inspection report is annexed hereto.
Based inspection, finds tt unfit habitation.
Pursuant to M.G.L. C. 127 B and 105 CMR 410.831 (Di,, the Board furtherfinds that he cond tionswthin the dwelling are
such that the danger to life or health of the occupants of the subject dwelling is so immediate that no delay may be perrnined
in making this finding.

previously cited code sections judged to be 750 violations: Conditions Deemed to Endanger or Impair
Health or Safety.
Based upon these findings,any and all occupants are hereby ordered to vacate,and the landlord/owner is ordered to
secure the subject dwelling within 48 hours of receipt of this order.Entry is only permissible during the hours of 7:00
