Dear Mr. Patillo,
I would like to request a blanket permit once again this year
to cover the cost of erecting our three (3) 20' x 20' Smith College
tents. I have attached a list of locations on campus with
approximate set up dates. We would need this permit to be valid
from March 1996 through October 1996. Mr. Sienkiewicz charged us
two hundred dollars (200. 00) last year. If there is a change in
the cost please let me know. Could you send the necessary paper
work required to initiate this request. Please feel free to call
