Dear Mr. Patillo,
I would like to request a blanket permit for 1999 to cover the
cost of erecting our Smith College tents . Currently we have three
(3) 20 ' x 201 , and a 8' x 20 ' . We also have four (4) canopies (3)
15 x 30 and a 24 x 24 which we set up once a year in our Quadrangle
for Commencement .
Last year your fee was two hundred dollars (200 . 00) If there
is an increase for 1999, please let me know. Please see the
attached permit forms and the tent locations . I would appreciate
it if you call me when the permits are ready (585-2421) . I will
bring a check to your office when the permits are ready.
