The Zoning Board granted the special permit for the two story expansion based upon the revised plans reviewed at the hearing as follows.
82 North Maple St for Alisa Wagman by Valley Home Improvement, Inc Sheets 2 and 3 submitted at the hearing.
The Board made a finding that the change which includes new zoning violations (further encroachments into the setback, etc.) will not be
substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming single- or two-family structure. The extension of 15'
(for the 15' x 24' two story addition) would leave a 11' setback on the one north side.
