Dear Sir:
This letter is to follow up our complaints in regard to the
construction of a parking lot on the west side of our Coolidge
Village Apartments on 73 Bridge Street for the Mutual Insurance
Company. You may recall that we expressed our concern twice
prior to this letter. I called your office two weeks ago, and
our superintendent, Mr. Alex Nartowicz met with you today.
As we stated to you, we are most concerned, because this exten.
sion of the parking lot is draining the water into our property.
As you know, it is ill6gal in Massachusetts to drain water onto
neighbors property. The drainage of our parking lot is not able
to handle the extra water generated by this new surface. We urge
you to stop this construction until they provide proper drainage
to handle the run off water from this extension under construction
at present. We wish to avoid legal procedures, however we are
prepared to defend our rights at any cost.
