Dear Mr. Essary:
At their meeting of July 11 , 1990 you are hereby advised
it was the vote of the Board to grant an extended provisional
three year approval to the above referenced product : said
approval will now be in effect from July 11 , 1990 to July 11 , 1993
At the end of the extended provisional approval , it shall be
necessary for the manufacturer to again petition this Board
for an extension.

As previously advised all approved installations must be in
compliance with all requirements of the Massachusetts State
Plumbing Code and/or the Massachusetts Fuel Gas Code.
The preceding approval is not to be construed as an
endorsement of this product , nor is this letter to be reproduced
as advertisement for the product .
