Owner Operator,
During an inspection of your business at 6 Market Street on February 27th in conjunction with
the Northampton Health Department. The following is a list of violations of the Massachusetts State
Building Code where discovered and must be corrected then reinspected.
• An extension cord is being used to power the TV equipment; an outlet must be installed
with the equipment plugged directly into an outlet.
• The bathroom is missing a toilet paper holder that must be replaced. The bathroom is
not to be used for storage.
• Use of this commercial location for residential mixed use is not allowed by Northampton
Zoning Ordinances. All evidence of this use is to be removed.
Please let me know when the work is complete and I will schedule a reinspection.
