The Findings of the Board Administrator under Section 9.3 for an expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming structure related to the side
yard setback were as follows.
1.The Administrator found that the three foot expansion on the rear of the structure would not be substantially more detrimental to the
neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure.
2. The Administator found that the addition would not extend any closer to the side property boundary than the current zoning allows
and that the existing structure already extends.
3. The Administrator also determined that this extension would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions;and does not
