Dear Linda,
You may recall that my clients, John and June Delaney, own property abutting
Francis and Beatrice Cardwell.
You should be advised that the Delaneys intend to have their driveway repaved.
The paving contractor is going to have to undertake the removal of roots that are in
the driveway to accomplish the work.
I am sending you this letter to advise you that the work will be commencing
soon so that you can notify your clients.
The reason I am sending you this letter is that you had requested that the
Delaneys not contact the Cardwells directly.
