Notice of Intent to repair/replace porches on the above
referenced property was filed on November 6, 1992 , the Public
Hearing was closed on November 23 , 1992 , and an Order of
Conditions was issued. However we have never received a D.E.P.
file number, and have been informed that the D.E.P. has no record
of this Notice of Intent being filed with them.
Therefore, please do not issue any building permits on this site
until Conservation Commission takes appropriate action. Thanks.
