I met with the Building Inspector today,who is attached to this email. The following need to be completed:
Install insulation/air sealing along side of front door
Install dryer vent to exterior
Finish floor at stop of stairs
Verify R19 minimum and air sealed at backside of access panel to attic
Install 1/2"plywood at bottom left of stairs to basement to conceal paper face insulation
Prime the pine that supports the downstairs bathroom vent
Verify EPDM patch is completed on small shed roof over mudroom
Adjust lock set for back door to driveway side
These items need to be completed immediately. Eric will be to the site tomorrow to start with the dryer vent. John,please assist where you can. Once
complete,we need to report back to the Inspector. In addition,the Gas Inspector is coming back tomorrow to verify that the non-combustible surface is behind
the range.
