Area Description (use additional paper, if necessary): The subject area consists of the existing paved parking lot and concrete loading areas of the previously developed (and "degraded") industrial facility currently occupied by Packaging Corporation of America. Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of work, if necessary): The proposed work, which is limited to the footprint of the existing paved parking area and concrete loading areas, consists of the replacement of existing water mains, as well as the mill and overlay of existing paved surfaces within a portion of the PCA site. The work also includes the installation of a new catchbasin. The proposed improvements will result in a net decrease in impervious area (by approximately 1,100 sf) and will not result in any new point source discharges.
