Dear Mr. Zyndorski :
On April 3, 1987, the drainage of water from your neighbors property
belonging to Tristran and Barbara Metcalfe, was looked at by this Depart-
ment to substantiate the complaint filed in this office.
Mr. Metcalfe was called and told of the problem. He indicated to me that
the drainage pipe and stone leach field for surface water would be finished.
If the problem continues he will block off the pipe for the leach field
(discontinue the use) and return the property (Mr. Metcalfe's) to the original
state.
