At a meeting conducted on September 23, 1999,the Northampton Zoning Board of Appeals
unanimously voted 3:0 to GRANT the request of Nelson Shifflett/Valley Home Improvement,
Inc. for a FINDING under the provisions of Section 9.3(1)(D)in the Northampton Zoning
Ordinance to extend a pre-existing non-conforming structure by the addition of a 16' by 28'
Master bedroom and family room for property located at 19 Lincoln Avenue.

Associate Member William Brandt.
The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3(1)(D)for an extension of a Pre-existing non-

property boundary than current zoning allows or existing structure already extends and
will not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign.
