The antennas are located on top of an existing building and at the rear of the building so as to minimize visibility from Main Street and most points downtown. The Board determined that the antennas on the roof were no more intrusive into the viewscape than existing on-street infrastructure such as Electric utility poles and other utility infrastructure attached to buildings.
