On August 181 1976, the Zoning Board of Appeals for the
City of Northampton decided to grant the petition of Richard
Ingersoll for a special permit to construct a single family
home in a Special Conservancy zone*
Based upon evidence presented to the Board, the Board
made the following findings:
1. The use requested is listed in the Table of Use
ReFulatzons as a special permit in the district for
which application is made or is so designated else-
where in this Ordinance.
2 . The requested use bears a positive relationship to
the public convenience or welfare.
� The requested use will not create undue traffic
congestion, or unduly i ;pair pedestrian safety.
4. The requested use will not overload any public water,
drainage or sewer system or any other municipal
system to such an extent that the requested use or
any- developed use in the innediate area or in any
other area of the City will be unduly subjected to
hazards affecting health, safety, or the ?-eneral welfare.
5. The Board of Appeals has received either a report

of ;ealth, the Conservation Commr ission, and the
Planning 3oard, or thirty (30) days have elapsed after
receipt of such plan without the submission of a report .
6. The requested use will not unduly impair the integrity
