On June 20, 2000 I made the above inspection. The inspection was disapproved. Reason for disapproval is Rule 10 of 527 CMR 12:00 Massachusetts Electrical Code. Electrical installations shall not be concealed or covered from view until inspected by the Inspector of Wires. As per Section 143 Section 3L 1 AM giving you written notice of disapproval.
