Dear Mr. Butcher:
When I was called to do a rough plumbing inspection on July 3, 1986,
I noticed that on the second floor, the front bathroom, a three inch (3")
Double Y, was put in on the Horizontal. The way it is installed does not
meet the Plumbing Code and must be changed.
Note that on July 9, 1986 this piping was also viewed by a State Plumbing
Inspector (Edward Sklepowicz) he also feelA that this must be changed immediately.
