As you are aware the Dachoses had applied for 2 Special Permits from the Planning Department . These Permits were allowed and the Planning Board ' s decision was filed with the City Clerk on June 4, 1992. A foundation only permit has been approved and the foundation installed and inspected. The Dachoses , therefore, request that, if you deem it to be appropriate, that the building permit be issued within the 20 day appeal period.
