period on this permit runs to June 25, 1992 .
When the Planning Board issued the permit, they indicated that they
had no objection to your allowing foundation work or work as you
feel is appropriate, so long as the applicant does this work at
their own risk. The Planning Board is NOT urging you to allow any

Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz:
Our office represents the above-named individuals. As you are
aware the Dachoses had applied for 2 Special Permits from the
Planning Department . These Permits were allowed and the Planning
Board ' s decision was filed with the City Clerk on June 4, 1992.
A foundation only permit has been approved and the foundation
installed and inspected. The Dachoses , therefore, request that, if
you deem it to be appropriate, that the building permit be issued
within the 20 day appeal period. They understand that they are
doing this at their own risk. ---
I will contact you on Monday or Tuesday to see if this meets
with your approval .
