Owners who secure their own construction-related permits or who deal with unregistered contractors will : excluded from the guaranty fund provisions of M.G.L. c. 142A. ARTICLE 5–TERMINATION OF CONTRACT If Owner fails to pay within twenty days of the date set in this contract, Contract9 may terminate the Contract, and Owner shall pay for all Work done and for all materials, including reasonable profit and damages s " Contractor persistently fails to perform any material provision of the Contract, Owner may cancel the Contract after five days' wrtta notice to Contractor.
