STATEMENT
I, on behalf of the Northampton Building Department,
hereby certify that the stop work order issued on the above
property is no longer in effect and that the owners of the
above property, Ellnise D. Pronowitz and Danielle R. Gueydan,
have the right to complete the construction pursuant to the
Building Permit issued June 13, 1994 and in accordance with the
Zoning Permit Application filed with this office on January 15,
1995 .

As you know, the special permit that you required on the above
property was granted by the Northampton Zoning Board of
Appeals . You, therefore, gave verbal approval for the project
to proceed. However, Florence Savings Bank, which is financing
the construction, requires something in writing from your
office verifying the above.
Therefore, I have enclosed a statement for you to sign and mail
directly to Florence Savings Bank sat=isfying their
requirements . If this form is not acceptable, please advise.
