Dear Mr. & Mrs. Watras:
On the date of May 16, 1988, we advised you by certified mail that we had
received complaints stating that you are in violation of Chapter 44 of
the Zoning Ordinances, City of Northampton and also Chapter 802 as amended
by the Massachusetts State Building Code.
You acknowledged receipt of the above mentioned letter, and also you were
advised to contact this office upon receipt of letter. You are ordered
to cease and desist all functions connected with the violations as listed
in letter;>dated May 16, 1988. Commence within 24 hours action to abate these
violations permanently within 30 days. If at the expiration of the time
allowed these violations have not been rectified further action as the law
requires shall be taken.
