Dear Rick:
This letter is to confirm that, to the best of our knowledge,
Phase I of the project mentioned above is substantially completed
in accordance with the contract documents.
As we discussed on the phone, an AIA standard form of substantial
completion will be issued upon completion of Phase 2. Also, a
punch list for Phase I will be developed and forwarded to you
prior to users occupancy of the birthing rooms.
