Per your request, I am voiding Driveway Permit No. D30-01 for 94 Williams Street and
returning your check. However, if you are altering your driveway by paving more area on
your property, you might want to make a Zoning Permit application to the Building
Department just to be on the safe side.
There is a regulation regarding so much "open space". If you have any questions, someone
in the Building Inspector's office should be able to help you at 587-1240.
