10' 59" E. a distance of 259.64 feet, the last three courses being along land
now or formerly of the said Vendolowski; thence S. 24° 45' 57" W. along land
now or formerly of Charles Michalowski a distance of 158.47 feet to a point;
thence N. 58° 51' 13" W. along land now or formerly of one Aquadro a distance

of Aaron Breck, dated April 2, 1877, recorded in Hampshire County Registry of
Deeds, Book 334, Page 67, and deed of Celeste F. Drury, dated June 12, 1930,
recorded in said Registry at Book 864, Page 251.
For a more particular description, reference may be had to a plan entitled "City
of Northampton Williams Street School Lot," dated August 28, 1959, Francis P.
Ryan, City Engineer, recorded in said Registry at Plan Book 58, Page 20.
Subject to the restriction that no additional residential building shall be erected
on the premises except as part of or appurtenant to the building known as the
William Street School.
There has been full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 44, $ 63 A of the
General Laws of Massachusetts.
