Dear Mr. Hasbrouck,
I am pleased to write this letter informing you that the Dewey House project is complete. The lift
passed inspection last week and only the most minor of punchlist items remain – ones that do not
have any access, egress, or other code implications. To the best of my knowledge it is ready for
your final certificate of occupancy.
