DECISION
The Architectural Barriers Board held a hearing under the
provisions of General Laws, Chapter 22 , Section IAA, and
Chapter 30A on an application for modification of , or sub-
stitution for, certain Rules and Regulations of the Board
as specified in said application on behalf of

Upon the evidence and testimony presented the Board VOTED:
Grant variance to Section 14 .4 to the cab size in elevators
#1 and #2 on the condition that the cab size be 45" deep
and 68" wide.
Any person aggrieved by final decisions of the Board may file
an appeal within thirty days after receipt of such decision in
accordance with the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 30A.
