Decision on Petition of Donald Affhauser, 26 Sumner Ave., Florence, Mass.
it is petition Doonald be granted the reasons;
for in the

The Board finds it a fact that since there were no objections raised
by any and all of the interested parties who were fitly notified by mail
and notice of same duly publicized in the Daily Hampshire Gazette.
The Board also finds it a fact that the prdsed building will be as asset
to the neighborhood in character and appearance. Also that the use of the
existing Gas Station will not be detrimental or obnoxious to the neig:borhbod.
WHEWORE: It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the petition of Donald
Affhauser be granted on condition that he cpmplies with all rules and regulations
of the City Ordinances of the City of Northampton.
