32C-226 (6) o r Hi Tony, Here is my current plan for what to do about Hawley Street. Amy Current status: My paperwork is at my lawyer's for review. I don't want to pass it in without review from my lawyer, but I realized that I could break this out into two different ideas, the money and the building, and pursue each separately to save time. Of course, at some point, the building will depend on the money, but for now, I can be pursuing the building. The way I see the building is that I get a surveyor to come over(I have an appointment) and then I get the survey back. I have made some drawings of what I want from a builder, but I need those dimensions to be more precise. Once I get the actual dimensions, I will spill up my drawings of what I want. Then I would like to drop by and see you to make sure I am not asking for anything that will not pass inspection(therefore wasting everyone's time). Then I will submit my drawings to various builders locally. I will use the service offered by you to check out who has done a good job at building locally of the people I've chosen. Then I can be making my selections while the money is being worked on by the insurance company, so that if the money takes awhile, there would be no lag time to get the builder after the money comes in. Next is the money plan. I also realized that while my paperwork is at my lawyer's, I can be getting estimates for things that I know are inaccurate on the work from the insurance company. I have made appointments for estimates and gotten some estimates already, so that process is underway. I don't need the lawyer to tell me that some of the things need reassessing, some of it I can see for myself, so I am acting on that. I will also be doing whatever the lawyer tells me to do before handing in my paperwork. Then, when the money is settled, I can inform my already chosen builder and get things going in a more visible way.
