Zoning Board Members present and voting were: Chair Mark NeJame, Alex Ghiselin, and Larry Snyder. In DENYING the request for a Variance, the Zoning Board of Appeals found: 1. There are no circumstances relating to the soil conditions, shape or topography especially affecting such land or structure but not affecting generally the zoning district inwhich it is located. 2. A literal enforcement of the Ordinance would not involve substantial hardship, financial or otherwise, to the applicant. 3. The granting of this variance would nullify or substantially diminish the intent and purpose of the Ordinance.
