Dear Sirs:
A letter of violation was mailed to you on January 29, 1997 regarding the additional
curbcut located at your property. The letter gave you 60 days in which to correct the
violation or apply for a special permit from the city for the additional curb cut, as of
today's date you have not complied.
The sixty days will be over on March 30, if after that date you have not responded you
will be fined and or face court action. Please contact this office with you plans for
compliance or application for special permit.
