Dear Bruce:
I conveyed your concerns relating to the retail business
to Russ Benjamin, Co - Owner of "Big Boys Toys" . He informed
me that he had already contacted his lawyer and that his
lawyer was suppose to phone you and also initiate any legal
process which might be required to operate their business.
Mr. Benjamin has assured me that his business is indeed
wholesale in that he deals primarlly with private clubs and
racing organizations which buy radio controlled cars & related
parts either for building & reselling or racing. I have
leased "Big Boys Toys" this office for that type of business.
I do not own any part of or have any say in their business, but
will continue to help solve any problems if I can.
I have given your cease & desist order to Big Boys Toys
and advised them to make all haste with the process. I 'm sure
you will be hearing from them shortly.
