Re: EVAN K. DANIELS AND SUE J.M. FREEMAN
Chapter 7, No. 95-42372-HJB
Dear Mr. Patillo:
This letter follows our telephone conversations of November 26,
1996, relative to the above.
Please be advised that the undersigned, as Trustee in Bankruptcy
of Evan K. Daniels and Sue J.M. Freeman, has abandoned the
Debtors' real estate located at 332 Pleasant Street, Northampton,
Massachusetts. Subsequent to our telephone conversation, we have
reviewed the documents previously filed with the Bankruptcy Court
and found that the abandonment was effective as of November 25,
1996. The legal effect of the abandonment is to place the
property in the control of the Chapter 7 Debtors, Evan K. Daniels
and Sue J.M. Freeman.
In the event that there are any problems regarding the property,
all concerns should be addressed to them. We understand that Mr.
Daniels can be reached at the following telephone numbers: (413)
586-3333 or (413) 584-5817 . By copy of this letter, we are
informing the Debtors' counsel of the fact that there may need to
be certain repairs done to the Pleasant Street property.
Sincerely yours,
oseph B. Collins
