I , Edward Tewhill, on oath do say and depose as follows :
1. I am the building inspector for the City of Northampton_.
2. The building located at 288 Pleasant Street , Northampton,
Massachusetts , and owned by Icarian, Inc. , was destroyed
by fire.
3. The remains of the building- structure are dangerous
to passers-by.
4. I have placed "Condemned" signs on the premises .
