Dear Mr. Clark:
The Board of Appeals has denied the
request for a special permit by ARC Garage. As you
know, they were illegally operating in the property
owned by Mr. Harvey as they were supposed to have
applied for a special permit before commencing opera-
tions . Now their request has been denied.
I therefore request that you immediately
order them to cease operations and if they do not cease
immediately, that you bring action to force them to
stop.
