This area is zoned GB and in my opinion, this use is a violation of the Northampton Zoning Law. I request that you immediately enforce this zoning law and order the use of Mr. Harvey 's property for automotive repair or for autobody work to cease at once. This building is a 3A structure, and with a few improve- ments could conform to Chapter 802. The parking is on private property, and must be agreed upon by the parties involved.
