Dear Mr. Clark:
I represent Mr. Charles Paquette. He indicates
that the property adjacent to his on Pleasant Street is
being used in part for automotive repair and the parking
situation is getting extremely bad. This area is zoned
GB and in my opinion, this use is a violation of the
Northampton Zoning Law.
I request that you immediately enforce this
zoning law and order the use of Mr. Harvey 's property
for automotive repair or for autobody work to cease at
once.

Dear Mr. Welch:
In reference to your letter of February 24, 1978, I have
inspected the property on Pleasant Street, Map 32C, Plot
73, as you requested.
The business. in question is an allowed use with a special
permit. I would expect to receive notice of such intent
within 30 days, as the party in question has already ob-
tained the necessary forms to start this procedure.
This building is a 3A structure, and with a few improve-
ments could conform to Chapter 802. The parking is on
private property, and must be agreed upon by the parties
involved.
