Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz,
my name is JTir di Herold. Last Duly (1990) I app
limed fir a building permit to renovate
i9r'ate
the attic of my building on Short Street into an apartment or mu a of and me. At that
time you indicated that additional parking would be required
at the building. As you recall I own an adjacent lot adequate for our he office, kin. Because
the Land for the parking lot had been incorrectly transferred ol need t file a form A. It was my
office and the planning department jointly g
understanding that once the form A was filed the building department would be able to
approve the permit at its next weekly meeting.
Iwi
ll be filing the form A by April 12. The reason I have waited this so I did floe is that a
full survey is required to complete the form.
Bank gave more
me a signed commitment letter for
commission the survey until Florence Savings
financing the project. It took FSB until March 14 to make a final determination.
Now that we have an offer of financing my
wife and I are anxious to proceed with our
renovations, Understandably it would be unwise to close on our
April mortgage
17th without
meeting.
r application y
building permit and ask that you act on our app
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding in what has become an
unexpectedly lengthy application.
Y urs truly,
di Herold
