Re: Union Station
Job No. : 84037
Dear Ted:
I was advised that you called this morning with questions regarding the
electrical and mechanical plans for the Union Station project. I subsequently
discovered that there are plans on the job site which have our firm name and
my stamp on them which we did not prepare. I spoke with Lee Christenson who
said that this was a mistake and that our name would be taken off the
drawings. The engineer responsible for the drawings would be named and the
appropriate professional engineer stamps put on the drawings.
This is to advise you that Gillen, Kuhn, Riddle & Gray, Inc., is not respo rr-
sible for the plumbing, heating, sprinkler or electrical engineering portions
of the Union Station project.
When I spoke with Lee Christenson, he said he would be in touch with you about
this.
Sincerely yours,
W I[WZr L
