Being completed at time of inspection, but not yet operable.

Operable and inspected by State (report due 2/20/87).

Finish work remains to be done in some units; however,

Completed electrical systems including heat.
Completed plumbing (except kitchen sink in 4 units) and hot and
cold running water.
Operable egress doors and windows.
Porch railings installed.
When the outstanding work, as listed above, is completed, this building
will be eligible for a Certificate of Occupancy.
