Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz:
In connection with our application for a building permit, please
be advised of the following:
1. The construction applied for was contemplated at the time of
our original buildout in 1987; the space had been designed
for five attorneys and we are to be joined on June 26, 1992
by Miranda & Miranda. There is thus no expansion in the
number of offices beyond that planned and provided for in
1987 .
2. I trust that the above non-expansion of the number of
attorneys and non-change of use precludes the necessity for
additional parking spaces, but to the extent that such an
issue may arise, please be advised that we have 8 reserved
parking spaces as part of our Unit Condominium Deed,
together with access to more than 51 additional unreserved
spaces. I am further advised by the Property Manager that
we can have additional reserved spaces upon request, as may
be required as part of this permitation process.
3. The condominium unit contains less than 35,000 cubic feet.
4. The unit being improved consists of 2, 134 square feet.
I wish to thank you for your consideration of this application
and the timely manner in which you considered the same.
