i ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

At a meeting held on April 10, 1985, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
City of Northampton voted unanimously to deny the Special Permit request
of Michael Sissman, P.O. Box 1096, Northampton, for the purpose of
allowing a 20% reduction of parking space requirements for property
located at 351 Pleasant Street, Northampton. Present and voting were:
Chairman Robert C. Buscher, William Brandt and Peter Laband.
The Board found that a favorable decision could not be
rendered without the applicant or a representative in attendance
to present the case.

jIt was noted that there may be a good and just reason why Mr. Sissman
could not attend the hearing. If this is the case, the Board may allow j
Ii Mr. Sissman to reapply at a later date. ': '
