Date November 10, 1980 Applicant's Signature 634•64"C 1c DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS — /7, I City At its meeting on .January 7. 1981. the Zoning Board of Appeals for the of Northampton voted unanimously to grant the petition of Carol Hyde for a special permit under the provisions of Section 9.3 of the Zoning Ordinance ' to add an apartment to a single family home on Smith Street_ Based upon the evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the follow- ing findings in regard to the special permit: 1. The proposed use would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than its previous use as a single family dwelling, since the area has many multi-family units. 2. The proposed use will not create pedestrian or traffic prob- lems. { 3. The proposed use will not overload the public facilities. 4. There is adequate parking space on the lot to accomodate four cars as required by the Zoning Ordinance. I i 5.
