Per our earlier conversations regarding the monitoring of the fire alarm at your
new location at 59 Service Center Road,it is understood that the fire alarm will be
monitored by a UL approved monitoring service. After consultation with the
Northampton Building Department, the Northampton Fire Department will require
that the monitoring of the fire alarm continue due to the fact that the building will
be open 24 hours a day without direct supervision in a mixed use building.
