Window replacement meets the standards in the Historic District ordinance and the general guidelines in the design guidelines. New
windows will match the windows
that have already been replaced,match the windows that are being replaced and exempt from the regulations on two sides of the building,
and have the same rough
opening. The new windows will be simulated divided light instead of true divided light,but will have spacers and simulated panels on both
sides,creating the same
