The feature will create a 12" drop off at the boundary line, to discourage the use of mowers on this part of the lot. This feature will be tied into the existing basement entry retaining wall which is already in place at the rear of the home. A similar wall will extend between the proposed new foundation at the south side of the property to the edge of the lot line.
