Opal_Clarke - Tracking Trips & Parking_2012-12-12 (2)This worksheet has been developed for the purpose of tracking the Peak-Hour Trips and Parking utilized as part of the phased re-development of the Historic Round Hill Redevelopment Project at the Clarke School Campus. On the following pages there are cells Highlighted in green that can be populated as the phased campus redevelopment is undertaken. All other cells are security protected and will auto-calculate based on this input. The above "Approved Project Totals" are per application documents, specifically the "Building Areas Summary, Peak-Hour Trip Generation, and Parking Calculations", revised Setember 27, 2012. The above totals include an adjustment factor of 0.72 applied to the gross areas associated with Medical/Dental, Professional Offices, and Other Offices. This is due to the inefficiency related to re-use of the historic buildings. Also, the 236 parking spaces is the amount "available" at the site due to the Special Permit for parking reduction over 20%.
