4. The hours of operation are conditioned as follows: Except for snow removal, power
equipment may only be utilized between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays through
Fridays and 8 a.m to 6 p.m on Saturdays.
5. Equipment will be stored in detached sheds to the rear of the property. These sheds meet
the setback requirements for accessory structures.
The Board granted the Special Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. Except for snow removal equipment, power tools may only be operated between 7:00
a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and after 8 a.m. on Saturdays. No Sunday
operations are allowed.
2. No chippers, processing or storage of materials for the Home Occupation use are allowed
on site.

Zoning Board Members present and voting were: Chair Bob Riddle, Vice Chair Sara Northrup,
and Associate Member Malcolm B. Smith.
In GRANTING the Special Permit for a Lawncare Business as a Home Occupation, the Board
found
1. The use to be incidental and secondary to the use of the property as a
residential /dwelling.
2. The business is being conducted by the principal practitioner who occupies the main
building as his /her bona -fide residence, with no more than one other person engaged in
the occupation except members of the immediate family also residing in such building.
3. The use will not occupy more than 40% of the gross combined floor area of the main
building, and the accessory structure.
