Hi Louis,
We have decided to not replace the windows in Northrop House. They are all aluminum replacement units
from the late 80's. In Gillett we are replacing most of the dormer windows. The units we have selected are
a Marvin Alum. Clad wood with a true divided lite. Grill patterns to match existing- 8/8. In the photo titled
marvin unit there is a sample of the proposed window. In the photo titled old & new you will see the
original sash in the upper right dormer and Eagle replacement units from 1996 in the other window
openings. The Marvin unit matches the Eagle and will replace the remainder of the wood single glazed
units in the same manner as the Eagle's using the exterior casing as the blind stop.
