This is to confirm that on July 12, 20009 I had personally inspected the above reference for structural
integrity. My inspection indicated the following: !zt,od�a ! siand
A. Because of the large change of grade between the front and back of the apartment house there
are a series of wood stairs and landings leading to the first floor apartment. These are all in N; Hampshire
excellent condition and overall have good structural integrity. New Y o,,
B. Circular steel stair cases with wooden threads lead to the second and third floor apartments.
C. Each apartment has its own circular stair case and porch. The stair cases and porches are in New Jersey
excellent condition and have good structural integrity. Pennsyi aria
D. The apartments on the third floor have a roof over them. The roof is in excellent condition, and rolo,•ado
has excellent structural integrity.
